With their license #8048/JAZ2019-038 issued on September 15 2021 by the Curaçao government, they are legally authorised to deliver sports betting and gaming experiences in this region.

All payments and transactions related to SATBET will be handled by Blue Sapphire N.V only.

SATBET will only contact Customers via the email address they provided when opening an account (the “Registered Email Address”). All communication from SATBET will be sent to you through [email protected], so please add it to your contacts list for easy access!

General Terms

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and any documents referenced in them at any time; if an amendment is not substantial, we may not alert you beforehand. However, for significant changes to our Terms, prior notice will be given so that you can re-accept them before they become active.

1. Your Obligations

Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, UAE, United Kingdom, United States of America and its territories, Yemen. – And any other country which may prohibit the offering of online gambling to its residents or to any person within such a country.

You are legally authorised to render payment to us, as you are the rightful owner of the credit/debit card or another form of remittance used.

You are engaging in this activity as an individual, and not on behalf of another person or entity, nor for any commercial gain.

When you wager, there is a chance that you may suffer financial losses according to these Terms. As such, it is your complete responsibility for any money that has been deposited with us.

As a user of the Service, you must only use it for fair and legitimate betting purposes. Do not attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service with malicious intent as this would impair its integrity and ours.

2. Registration

If it is discovered that you have multiple Accounts registered, they will be terminated immediately – this includes any representatives, family members, associates, affiliates, related persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf.

To guarantee your financial credibility and authenticate your identity, we may utilise any third-party information providers that are essential.

To protect your Service account and data, it is essential that you keep your password secure. Once we have confirmed that the Account information supplied by you is accurate, we reserve the right to presume all bets, deposits, and withdrawals were made or requested by you.

To protect your account, we require that you report any hacking of your Registered Email Address.

We may request further evidence to verify who you are in order to properly secure the safety of your data.

Upon registering, you will need to select the currency that you prefer to use when working with your Account. This currency applies for deposits, withdrawals and all wagers placed or matched into any Service covered in these Terms.

3. Restricted Use

You must not use the Service:

If you are below the age of 18 years (or considered a minor under your local laws) or do not have legal capacity to make binding agreements with us, then this agreement does not apply to you.

The unauthorised collection of nicknames, emails addresses, or other personal data from fellow Customers through any method (e.g., sending spam messages, solicited emails), framing content from the Service without permission, and linking to the Service are all strictly prohibited.

To not condone any attempts to interfere with the activities of other customers or disrupt the Service as a whole.

To post any advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation without permission is strictly prohibited. Any unapproved postings could be removed from the Service at any time with no warning.

4. Privacy

To ensure your data is protected and handled responsibly, we guarantee to comply with the Privacy Policy outlined in these Terms when processing information you provide.

By agreeing to our terms, you consent and understand that we collect your personal data in order to give you access and ability to use the Website as well as take part in Games.

We always keep the identity of our customers confidential, unless requested by lawful authorities (e.g., Regulators, Police) to investigate fraudsters and money launderers or as stated under our Privacy Policy.

5. Your Account

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Accounts in multiple currencies. The currency you chose when opening the Account will be used for all balances and transactions on that Account. Moreover, there is no credit given or offered for using our Service.

In order to ensure the fairness and integrity of our Service, we may choose to close or suspend your account without prior warning. Any funds held in this Account will be refunded if you are found not complying with these Terms, or if we have any other reasonable justification for doing so.

We maintain the right to suspend Accounts without warning and refund all funds. In spite of this, we will fulfil any contractual responsibilities that have been fulfilled at the time.

We possess the right to deny, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at our discretion for any motive, including bets suspected to have been placed with fraudulent intent in order to bypass our betting restriction and/or system regulations.

If you violate these Terms, we may deactivate your Account and reverse any of your placed bets.

6. Payment Transactions and Processors

It is your responsibility to pay all the amount owed without fail.

To be sure you are in compliance with your obligations to us, all payments must be made promptly and without resistance. You may not take any measures that would cause a third party to reverse the payment or deny liability for it, even if the obligation was properly incurred by you.

Should you experience a chargeback, denial or reversed payment, we reserve the right to require that you reimburse us for all losses incurred as a result.

In the event of charge-backs, denials or reversals of payments made to us, we reserve our right to apply an administrative fee equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the amount.

By utilising the services of third-party electronic payment processors and merchant banks, we are able to process your payments. This comes with an agreement that you will abide by their terms and conditions so long as they do not contradict these Terms. These details must be made accessible to you before any transactions occur.

To protect against illicit activity such as money laundering and terrorism financing, all transactions completed through our website are closely monitored. Any suspicious activities will be reported to the applicable regulatory body based upon the legal jurisdiction of each transaction.
